1. How you receive your purchase

All products in this store are digital. After your payment is confirmed, we send an email to the address you entered at checkout with the official link to download your files. No physical item is shipped.

2. When it arrives

The email is normally sent within minutes of payment. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address in your order is correct. If it has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us at melodyerofionna@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend it.

3. Your download link

The link in the email is personal to your order. Please do not share it. If a link stops working, expires or reaches its download limit, contact us and we will send a new one.

4. Files and formats

Products are delivered as PDF files. You need a PDF reader (most devices have one built in). Files can be saved to your device and printed for personal use.

5. No shipping costs

Because nothing is shipped, no shipping rates, handling fees or delivery estimates apply. All prices are in USD.

6. Taxes

Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where required and shown before you pay.

7. Wrong email address

Please check your email address at checkout. If you entered it incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we will resend the link after confirming the order details.

8. Problems with delivery

If you did not receive your files or cannot open them, email melodyerofionna@outlook.com within 30 days of purchase. We will fix it or refund you under our Refund Policy.
