1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of 0zsz4t-dh.myshopify.com and any purchase from FORDHAM GOODS ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement.
3. Digital products
We sell digital products delivered as downloadable PDF files by email. We describe each product as accurately as we can, including what it covers and its format. Images of covers are illustrations of the digital file; no physical item is sent.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and may change without notice, but not for orders already confirmed. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We may cancel an order and refund it in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Orders and delivery
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and the download link is sent to your email. See our Delivery Policy.

7. License and permitted use
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store and print it for your own personal, educational use. You may not resell, share, post, distribute, sublicense or copy the files or their content, or use them to create competing products. All rights not granted are reserved.
8. Educational content, no professional advice
Our guides are for general educational purposes. Results vary depending on your ingredients, equipment, environment and effort, and we do not promise any particular result. Content is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
9. Accounts and access
Keep your download links private. You are responsible for activity that uses your links. Tell us immediately about unauthorized use.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, text, layouts and images belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our business address, and disputes will be brought in the courts located there. Before filing a claim, please contact melodyerofionna@outlook.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
15. Accessibility
We aim to make our site accessible, and work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you have difficulty using the site, contact melodyerofionna@outlook.com and we will help you complete your purchase.
